Everyone has a wounded inner child to varying degrees since no parents are perfect. Healing our childhood wounds and re-parenting ourselves is the pre-requisite before we can engage in deeper spiritual & esoteric work, so we don’t spiritually bypass the process, which can result in creating a false spiritual identity. In this episode, Laura and Bernhard go over the common symptoms of childhood wounding and how they show up in your life and relationships as an adult, resulting in unconscious self-sabotage and contaminating your life. They share their own experiences and will show you steps on how to re-parent yourself and heal the inner child.
